APPOINTMENTS

You don't have to wait. Houston Allergy and Asthma Clinic is dedicated to seeing you the same day you call for an appointment (or at least the next business day), at any of our three convenient locations, each with free parking. Call 713.522.9911 to schedule an appointment.

ALLERGY SKIN TESTING

If you are scheduled for allergy skin testing, please remember to discontinue use of any antihistamines 48 hours prior to your appointment. Please call us if you have any questions.

PATIENT FORMS

If you are a new patient, please print and complete all patient registration forms included in the link and fax to the appropriate office using the fax cover sheet included in the set of forms. These forms must be received by the office at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.

INSURANCE

We participate in most managed care plans and our courteous staff will assist you with your insurance. If we do not appear in your managed care directory, call the customer service number and ask them check for recent updates. Some managed care groups list us as "Houston Allergy and Asthma Clinic", and some list us by individual doctor names. Or you can call us and we will verify your allergy benefits at no cost to you!
